EMF Performance Centre is a gym that defines what it means to be a full service gym.  From two best friends with military backgrounds, EMF is the realisation of a business plan where a large gym has the personal service of a health club and the affordability of a small 24-hour gym.

Now open at The Kitchens, the new EMF Performance Centre is the most ambitious venue yet, with a list of services that includes swimming, yoga, altitude training, crossfit and top of the range testing and recovery machines that would otherwise only be found at the AIS.

This is the very first membership-based facility that caters for everyone.
